Grains
-According to the United States Department of Agriculture's food Pyramid,
I should intake 6 ounces of grain daily.
Grains are important because they:

- It also may reduce constipation.
- May help with weight management.
- Helps prevent neural tube defects during fetal development.
Some grains that I could include in my diet:

- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cooked cup cooked pasta
